Carousel 601 is a weekly, Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

During the off-season, shorter stays are available upon request. Please contact us to arrange shorter reservations.

A few times a year, due to conferences or for refurbishing, the rink may be closed. Please click here for the ice skating rink closure schedule.

The prices listed above are the booking price for the week, which includes taxes, fees, and basic cleaning.

There is a refundable $350 security deposit. This will be returned to the guest within 10 business days after check-out, provided that the unit inspection shows that the property and furnishes are not found damaged/missing or dirt/other messes require excessive cleaning.

Once booked, all guests must sign and submit the rental agreement, along with 40% of the total within 7 business days or the reservation will be cancelled.

The remaining balance and $350 security deposit must be postmarked 45 calendar days before your check-in date.

You will be e-mailed a personalized contract with two payment options: Paypal or a personal/cashiers check.

Carousel 601 has a cancellation policy (and a COVID cancellation policy) embedded in the rental agreement. Guests should review this before signing the contract and initial payment.

The Carousel Hotel & Condominiums facility charges $35 for a per parking permit for each vehicle that is registered.
